LEOSPHERE QUALITY SYSTEM
The global objective is to ensure the good realization of all the Windcube system manufacturing steps, according to the manufacturing plan and to the method of work. This is performed by two test processes:
- Regular tests of functioning during the various steps of the manufacturing. Mechanical, electrical, electronical, optical, optoelectronical, environmental tests are performed (optical chain, Signal to noise ratio measurement…)
- Final test (commissioning): 2 weeks of continuous measurements and data comparison against reference Windcube Lidar system.

LEOSPHERE LEAN MANUFACTURING
Leosphere is in the process of turning into lean meanufacturing. This allows the optimization of the production according to the client’s demand and delivery time. This process has improved our reactivity of 30%.
LEOSPHERE TQM PROCESS
Leosphere is currently embedding high quality standards to its manufacturing organizational process, based on the well known Total Quality Management strategy. TQM is composed of three paradigms:
Total: Involving the entire organization, supply chain, and/or product life cycle.
Quality: With its usual definitions, with all its complexities.
Management: The system of managing with steps like Plan, Organize, Control, Lead, Staff, provisioning and organizing.
